Local Author Pens Two New Books for Kids
Lynn B. Sauls, a long-time resident of Alexandria, recently published two new children’s books, Through Big Brown Eyes and Gabriel Goes to Washington, both centering on the adventures, oft-times fictional, of Sauls’ miniature white poodle, Gabriel. The books are beautifully written and illustrated by Sauls herself and are ideal for children and dog lovers of all ages. Her first book, Rooftop Rascals, about a raccoon family living in Old Town, brought Sauls local acclaim. All three of her books are now available at Gallery Lafayette (130 South Royal Street) or amazon.com.
