Mr. Stephen Crooker, Director of Instruction at Bishop Ireton High School, announced today that senior James W. Beane has been named a Finalist in the National Achievement Scholarship Program. Wendell is one of approximately 1,200 Black American high school seniors nationwide to achieve this honor.
