Superintendent Alvin Crawley and Mayor Bill Euille joined the entire school population of William Ramsey Elementary School for the Kids Empowering Kids program where students write, produce and star in their own music video to empower other ACPS students. Kids Empowering Kids is an experiential learning program created by the DreamDog Foundation. This year the students chose the theme of non-judgement.
