The Alexandria Film Festival is currently seeking volunteer film screeners for the 2017 Festival. Screeners are asked to view approximately 20 films, comprised of both short and feature length films, equaling about 20 hours in total length. Films will need to be viewed between May and August. After viewing a film, screeners will be asked to give the film a rating and write (at least) a one paragraph review commenting on the overall quality of the film and suitability for inclusion in the festival. Films are viewed online so access to a computer and internet connection is required.
In addition, they are seeking volunteers in other capacities to help promote the festival. And, they are looking for help with media relations and social media promotion.
