Sugar Shack’s Rob Krupicka Will Join Panel Discussion: What Employers Need to Know About Mental Health

Former Virginia State Delegate and Alexandria City Councilman, Rob Krupicka knows a thing or two about mental health, and has publicly shared his bipolar diagnosis and ensuing challenges. His situation makes him a perfect panelist for the topic of mental health in the workplace because he is also a businessman who hires and fires employees regularly.

Joining Krupicka are three other experts:Darcy Gruttadaro, JD, Director, Center on Workplace Mental Health, American Psychiatric Association Foundation; Rhonda Williams, LCSW, Clinician, Adult Services, Department of Community & Human Services; and Jessie Joachim, CEAP, SAP, Account Manager, Inova Employee Assistance Program.
