Alexandria’s great rowing tradition continues this year as the Alexandria Crew Boosters (ACB) and the Old Dominion Boat Club (ODBC) start Fall season registration for two programs on Monday, July 23rd at 5:00pm.
The TC Williams Crew “Learn to Row” Program (Fall Season) is designed for novice rowers and those who have completed summer crew and/or fall crew program(s). It’s open to 7th graders and above from any school district who would like to learn to row or sharpen their skills.
The ODBC Select Rowing Program (Fall Season) is designed for the rower who has completed one or more high school spring seasons of competition. Most boats will compete locally at Occoquan and Georgetown with select boats rowing in Boston, Philadelphia and Chattanooga.
