Condominiums have traditionally been the most affordable homeownership housing option for first-time homebuyers in the City of Alexandria. Recognizing the importance of the City’s condominium communities in preserving the City’s economic and social diversity, the City hopes to broaden awareness of community association management in hopes of strengthening and preserving these resources for the future.
