A group of students at T.C. Williams High School is competing in The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Students of the Year campaign, a seven-week philanthropic leadership development program to raise funds to find a cure for all blood cancers.

Titans for a Cure, Alexandria’s only entrants in this annual competition, is working to raise $40,000 by March 2 to support LLS’s groundbreaking research, patient support, and advocacy. The community can help these fightin’ Titans reach their goal through a tax-deductible donation through the team’s fundraising page or on February 20 from 4-10 p.m. dine at Delia’s Mediterranean Grill & Brick Oven Pizza (Glebe Road location), and 15% sales will be donated to the team.
