Alexandria Asks For Input on City Hall Renovations at Upcoming Meeting
The city will hold a meeting on July 31 to discuss the proposed renovations.
Alexandria, VA – What should the city hall of the future look like and include? It’s been decades since the building, which was built in the 1870s, was renovated. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2022, but in the meantime the city is asking residents for their thoughts.
The city will conduct a community meeting on the proposed renovations on Wednesday, July 11 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the Sister Cities Conference Room 1101. Residents will hear about the City Hall Visioning Study and see what city staff are envisioning.
Residents will be able to see development options, take a tour of the facility, share ideas and ask questions.
Fill out the community survey here. The submission deadline is July 12.
