ALEXANDRIA,VA- What a great weekend of art in Alexandria! The annual King Street Art Festival went off without a hitch, as thousands of visitors gathered along Old Town’s most celebrated street in order to ask their nearest and dearest their opinions on thousands of pieces of art. Six blocks of King Street – between Washington and Union Streets were blocked off to more than 200 art vendors displaying an estimated $15 million in art from throughout the country.
