Pendleton Carryout Co. adds Freed’s Biscuits to the Lineup
Alexandria’s first and only food incubator is adding scratch-made biscuits from Freed’s Biscuit Company starting October 18!
Alexandria VA – Ed McIntosh of Pendleton Carryout Co. knows good food when he tastes it. Starting on October 18, Ed brings the extraordinary Freed Biscuits to the mix of offerings. Restaurant industry veteran, Josh Freed is the mastermind behind the biscuits that have gained a cult like following throughout Virginia. Previously Freed’s biscuits could only be found at the Warrenton Farmers Market and select restaurants nearby. Freed’s extra fluffy biscuits are filled with buttery flavor as a result of Freed making his own buttermilk.
Freed’s line-up at Pendleton Carryout Co. include a classic buttermilk biscuit with a side of maple butter. The incubator will also carry the customer favorite, jalapeño cheddar biscuit. Adventurous eaters might be interested in the unique flavors available like za’taar and lemon glazed blueberry.
Additionally, 100 Bowls from Herndon VA will be joining the daily line-up Friday offering their fresh, nourishing and from scratch soups! Soup lovers can expect hearty plant-based meals for lunch and dinner. We’re excited to offer a gluten free, dairy free option for carry out and delivery for $8.00!
