That is why today the transit company introduced the Coronavirus Ridership Survey. You can participate in the survey HERE. Those who respond will be entered to win a $50 gift card from VISA.
During the pandemic, DASH knows their customers have important concerns. They are taking these concerns seriously. Protocols to maintain good health are in place. This includes the requirements that all riders wear masks and buses and stations are disinfected regularly. Fare collection has also been suspended temporarily.
But they want to do more and need your help. The survey takes no more than five minutes to complete and will help DASH in its recovery planning.
