Alexandria, VA – This colorful quilt, “Bears in the Blueberries,” made by the Mt. Vernon Unitarian Church Quilters, will be raffled at theIr 60th Annual Holiday Shop on Nov. 19 on the church grounds, 1901 Windmill Lane from 9:30 am to 4 pm. The Holiday Shop is a local tradition with 30 artisans offering gift ideas in wood, fibers and fabrics, pottery, photography, paper, and more. There is also estate jewelry, upscale household collectibles, and a Country Kitchen offering relish and baked and canned goods. A homemade lunch of soup, sandwiches, and cheese pie is available.
