NOVA Motorcycle Skills Training and Competition Rodeo to Benefit the Alexandria Police Youth Camp
Watch motorcycle riders show their stuff on April 18-20 in Alexandria VA
Alexandria, VA. Do you love motorcycles? Do you love watching them? Here’s a great way to see a professional and civilian motorcycle training and competion rodeo. Come out to the Eisenhower Ave. parking lot, just east of the Eisenhower Metro Station on April 18-20 to see the NOVA Motorcycle Skills and Competition Rodeo! This is the premier civilian and police rodeo in the Metro DC area.
The event brings together civilian and police riders in elite, expert, and novice categories. Each rider will navigate challenging cone patterns for time while trying to not touch or knock down cones. The courses are designed to push the limits of both the rider and motorcycle.
All proceeds of the Rodeo are donated to the Alexandria Police Youth Camp. Help send a kid to camp.
Enjoy riders hone their skills and compete against other riders during the event. The Divisions and Skill Classes for the event are:
DIVISIONS
I. Sworn Active Motor Officer on Harley Davidson Duty Bike.
II. Sworn Active Motor Officer on Metric/Other Duty Bike.
III. Civilian on Harley Davidson.
IV. Civilian on Metric/Other.
SKILL CLASS
- Elite Class: Any rider that has won Best Overall Rider/Top Gun/Top Rider award or placed 2nd or 3rd OVERALL for any competition.
- Expert Class: Rider that has competed in any novice division and placed in top 3.
- Novice Class: Rider that has never competed in a formal competition or has never placed in top 3.
