Pre-leasing Now: Oakville, Mixed-Use Development, Set to Open This Summer in Alexandria’s Potomac Yard

ALEXANDRIA, VA-Developers Stonebridge and Bozzuto are offering the public a first look at Oakville, a mixed-use development set to open this summer in Potomac Yard. In a press release issued this evening (May 28), they say the development will provide “a serene feel to residents.” The 572 apartments in two resort-style buildings (451 Swann Ave.) are available for pre-leasing.

“With Oakville, we’re delivering a dynamic mixed-use community to Potomac Yard that perfectly aligns with the neighborhood’s growth and energy,” said Douglas M. Firstenberg, Principal at Stonebridge. “Oakville’s luxurious amenities are a wonderful blend of tranquility and recreation for residents to enjoy while having immediate access to incredible dining and retail. Oakville will provide an unparalleled living experience that combines comfort, convenience and a vibrant, connected lifestyle.”

The two buildings – Raeburn and Ives –  grant residents on-site access to a number of restaurants, including Founding Farmers, Dok Khao Thai Eatery, YogaSix, and N&J Nails. The property itself has more than 10,000 square feet of private outdoor courtyard. There are two lawns and amenity spaces such as an outdoor exercise and yoga deck, which is connected to an indoor gym.

Fully equipped, this fitness center contains treadmills, climbers, and evan private workout spaces.

The apartment homes range from studios to three-bedroom dwellings with a kitchen. Bathrooms have plenty of storage and walk-in showers, with bathtubs in select units.

In addition to the fitness center, amentities include a pet spa, bicycle repair shop, storage, and garage parking on-site with EV charging stations.
