FLASHLIGHT MAZE INFORMATION & FAQ
What Does My Ticket Include?
When you purchase a ticket to the Fall Festival’s Flashlight Maze Night, you are buying a ticket for a evening of FUN! Your ticket will get you into our festival grounds to explore the maze after the sun goes down and the real challenge begins!
Are There Food and Drinks?
Yes! Our corn cob cafe is open every evening and offers snacks and drinks for purchase.
How Do Tickets Work?
When you purchase your tickets online, please be sure to select the correct date of your visit. Once purchased, you will be emailed twice – one email will include a copy of your receipt & one email will be a copy of your event ticket(s). Your event ticket can be printed or presented on your phone at check-in. Once checked in, your ticket will be marked complete and cannot be used again.
Do You Cancel the Event?
In case of inclement weather, we would have to close the farm for activities. If the event is canceled due to weather, all customers who purchased a ticket will be allowed to use this ticket another event night or their ticket can be refunded; we encourage participants to stay tuned to our social media pages and website for the most up-to-date news. Tickets will not be refunded if the participant(s) do not show up to the event.
What if I Need to Cancel or Reschedule?
We get it, sometimes plans change. If you would like a refund or to reschedule the date of your ticket, please email us at [email protected] – Refunds are only available up to (3) days prior to the event date.
What are Your Safety Policies?
Greenstreet Gardens has taken enhanced health and safety measures for you, our other guests, and our employees. This includes routine cleaning of our facilities, available sanitation stations for our guests, keeping our farm clear of hazards, and training our staff to keep safety our number one priority. We ask that all guests follow posted recommendations & instructions to help keep our farm clean and safe for all who visit.
Greenstreet is a no-smoking facility – this includes tobacco & vape products. Attendees are asked to refrain from smoking during their visit.
