ALEXANDRIA, VA-The Fund for Alexandria’s Child enhances the lives of foster children who live in the city. This fall, the organization has been hard at work looking for sponsors. The mission of this annual tradition is to give everyone a happy holiday. A mass email sent out Nov. 13 reports 155 families have been matched so far. But 245 families still need help. And the biggest need is for sponsors who can help low-income families with one or two children.
The Fund says by signing up as soon as today, you can be matched with a family this week. Simply complete the sign-up form HERE.
