ALEXANDRIA, VA-Would you like to improve the bond you and your dog share? The Animal Welfare League of Alexandria is offering its next round of lessons at the Alexandria Animal Academy.

The courses begin Jan. 12 at affordable prices. They are ideal for anyone that needs help with his or her dog in the areas of behavior and training. And the courses are convenient and open to all, meaning they are virtual and you do not need to be a resident of Alexandria to take part.

A press release about the academy states:

The canine courses have been crafted to teach dogs and people to live better – more harmoniously – together. The eight-week virtual training course offers three different learning tracks to choose from. You can participate in one, multiple, or all of the educational tracks. The learning tracks include Confidence Building, Chilling Out, and Leash Reactivity.

The courses are taught by AWLA’s behavior and training coordinator, Beth Tumlin. She is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer-Knowledge Assessed.
