ALEXANDRIA, VA – Sssssshhhh. We heard a rumor…from a reliable source…wait for it… former City of Alexandria Vice Mayor Amy Jackson to join the board of the Seminary Hill Association, Inc. A resident of Marlboro Estates who lives next to Fort Ward Park, our reliable source speculates that Ms. Jackson may replace past representative Babette Smith who resigned last year.

Ms. Jackson, a long-time advocate for education, has served on City Council and as Vice Mayor.
The Association is expected to announce Ms. Jackson’s appointment soon.
