At Home in Alexandria (AHA) will hold a Garden Party at the historic Murray-Dick-Fawcett House in Old Town to benefit the organization’s mission to provide social, emotional and practical support to older adults in Alexandria. The event will be held on Sunday, September 23 from 4-7pm and is open to the public with advance ticket purchase.
The Murray-Dick-Fawcett House, located at 517 Prince Street, is one of the oldest in Alexandria and considered to be one of the least altered historic homes in Northern Virginia. Attendees at this event will be invited to tour the public rooms of the home and enjoy a buffet, fine wine and live music in the garden.
Tickets are $75 and are available to purchase online at www.athomeinalexandria.org/donate. You may also purchase by check made to AHA and mailed to the office at 3139 Mt. Vernon Avenue, Alexandria, VA 22305, or by calling the AHA office to provide credit card information by phone. The deadline to purchase tickets is September 19th.
