It’s hard to believe but the biggest food fight of the year is just around the corner! This year, Carpenter’s Shelter’s signature fundraising event will take place on Sunday, April 28th from 12 noon to 3 pm at The Birchmere. Nearly 500 attendees enjoy food tastings from 20 local restaurants, live and silent auctions, raffles, and live music by the Alpha Dog Blues Band. Carpenter’s Cook-Off 2019’s proceeds benefit Carpenter’s Shelter’s efforts to prevent and end homelessness in the City of Alexandria.
