Only the Best! RPCA Is Hiring

Job fair takes place on Saturday, March 28

Alexandria, VA – The Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Activities (RPCA) is hosting a Job Fair on Saturday, March 28 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Patrick Henry Recreation Center (4653 Taney Ave.).

Do you know someone with a passion for working with children? How about a personable professional who delivers exceptional customer service? Have you come across a leader with a drive to share their interests and talents with others? RPCA is seeking qualified and dedicated professionals to deliver high-quality services and programs.

On-site interviews will be conducted for recreation leaders, aqua camp counselors, front desk clerks, and lifeguards. Hours and schedules vary by position. To participate, interested candidates should submit an application HERE.  Then bring government issued identification and proof of any applicable certifications to the Job Fair. Interviews will take place continuously throughout the event. Please submit an application by 5 p.m. on Friday, March 27. Bilingual capability is a plus.

A graduate of George Mason University, he earned a bachelor's in English with a concentration in Creative Writing.
