ALEXANDRIA, VA–The Gables at Old Town North, located at 525 Montgomery Street, will be offering a limited number of studio and one-bedroom apartments.  The property is accepting pre-applications for apartments that will become available from April to June 2019.    The rents will be $1,133 plus utilities for a studio and $1,191 plus utilities for a one-bedroom apartment.
