Alexandria Jaycees Honor City’s Top Young Leaders

The Alexandria Jaycees gathered their annual nominations from the representatives of five city departments (Fire and Rescue, Sheriff, City Management, Police, and Education) of one person of Jaycee age (21-40) who has gone above and beyond in both professional achievement and community service to receive an award. Christine Flinton, President of the Alexandria Jaycees, says that the five recipients “embody the Jaycee belief that service to humanity is the best work of life. They have all given themselves for the good of those around them and have made a difference in the lives of others.”
