.The locals and City Council pulled out their favorite hats and strolled the Avenue for on April 2 for “Hats along the Avenue.” Taking selfies, listening to ambling musicians and winning prizes and discounts by showing off hats at some of the local businesses, the crowd was an exuberant celebration of 50-year Avenue veteran, Tops of Old Town.
