ALEXANDRIA, VA–If you are feeling inclined, step up to the brightly painted upright at the corner of East Oxford and Mount Vernon Avenues, across from Pork Barrel BBQ, and bang out a tune.

The “Piano Project” is a month-long celebration of the spirit of art and music in Del Ray sponsored by the Del Ray Business Association. The piano was decorated by the kids in the art class of George Washington Middle School’s Ms. Janice Rollins.
