All-Ages Scavenger Hunt in Old Town

Hit the streets and alleys of Old Town to look for architectural features and clues to our past. Find the OHA cart in Market Square between 9 a.m. and noon to pick up a map and clues.

Finish at Alexandria Archaeology Museum at the Torpedo Factory by 3 p.m. for a prize. Come as a family or with a group of friends – this event is for all ages. Free to play!

Carlyle House Chocolate and Wine Tasting
Carlyle House, 121 North Fairfax St.
6:30-9 p.m.

What goes better with wine than chocolate? Join Potomac Chocolate on the Magnolia Terrace for an evening of locally made chocolates paired with delicious wines. There will also be small snacks that guests can enjoy between their wine and chocolate. Tours of the house will run from 6:30-7 p.m. with the tasting starting promptly at 7 p.m. Registration required:www.novaparks.com/parks/carlyle-house-historic-park. Ages 21 and over only. $40 per person.
