Seaport Foundation Gets $16k from 2018 Run! Geek! Run! Race

The Alexandria Seaport Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization which improves the lives of young people through adult mentoring, project-based learning and the craft of wooden boat building. ASF provides the educational, career and life skills necessary for young people to secure and maintain employment and become productive members of their communities. Mary Wadland is the Publisher and Editor in Chief of The Zebra Press, the award-winning Alexandria news publication she founded in 2010 with a mission of celebrating community, culture, and all the good news happening across the city.
