Chamber Corner: Professional Women’s Network

Do You Know the Alexandria Chamber Has an Incredible Professional Women’s Network?

Since March is National Women’s History month we want to use this space to spotlight our Alexandria Chamber Professional Women’s Network (ACPWN).

ACPWN is one of our fastest growing programs and its purpose is to be a dynamic group within the Chamber that’s designed to foster networking, educational opportunities and support among the area’s professional women. We’re one of the only Chambers in the country to offer a women’s network that is geared to women of all ages and at all stages of their careers.

ACPWN’s signature event is the Women’s Leadership Forum which happens to be coming up on March 8th! The forum will bring together women at all stages of their careers for a morning program designed to provide interactive discussion, inspiration and professional development, centered around this year’s theme of what it means to be the whole woman.

Panelists include: Brooke Sydnor Curran, Founder & CEO, RunningBrooke, Melonie Johnson, President, MGM National Harbor, Dr. Tammy Mann, President & CEO, The Campagna Center, Elizabeth Bennett-Parker, Vice Mayor, City of Alexandria and Co-Director, Together We Bake, and the panel will be moderated by Heidi Przybyla of NBC News.

Tickets can be purchased at www.alexchamber.com

ACPWN also hosts several other events throughout the year and more information on those can be found on our website.
