The menu for the South Arlington store is representative of all the locations. There are plentiful small plates and salads along with panini and Neopolitan street snacks. But the raison d’etre is the Naeapolitan pizza. The crust is made with four ingredients, flour, water, yeast, and salt. According to their menu, “We make this pizza for you, our beloved Pupatellans, for those who have been to Napoli and love its pizza, and for those who have not, but have the spirit and the good taste to appreciate the Real Thing.” Pizzas are offered as red with sauce or white, with no sauce or an Italian cream sauce.

The restaurant plans to be open seven days per week with indoor seating for 44 and patio seating for 39 with carryout and delivery available. No date has been set for opening.
