Paul Manafort’s Alexandria Apartment Goes on Market For $3.2 Million
Alexandria, VA – Paul Manafort’s Alexandria apartment is on the market! The price for the luxury home of the imprisoned former chairman of Presidential Donald Trump’s presidential campaign? The $3.2 million luxury apartment has three-bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, terraces and an incredible view.
Manafort’s apartment now belongs to Federal Savings Bank, according to SFGate. The home, located in The Oronoco at 601 N. Fairfax St., went on the market in early September.
Manafort is currently serving a seven-and-a-half year sentence for a number of charges, including mortgage fraud. The 70-year-old bought it in 2017 for $2.7 million, according to Washingtonian. He used the home as a refuge during his highly publicized trial in Alexandria, and for months the exterior of The Oronoco became the site of a media stakeout.
