ALEXANDRIA, VA – Senior Services of Alexandria, in partnership with the City of Alexandria, is offering its 8th Senior Academy in April 2020.
The Senior Academy provides Alexandria’s seniors, who are 60+, with the opportunity to learn all about City government functions, local organizations that provide services and programs to Alexandria’s seniors, and ways to for seniors get more involved.
The four-week course will held on the following Wednesdays: April 1st, 8th, 15th , and the 22nd from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The Senior Academy is a free program with light refreshments served and includes a graduation luncheon following the last class.
