ATLANTIC OCEAN (Jan. 22, 2020) Culinary Specialist Seaman Marilyn Mejiasanchez, from Alexandria, Virginia, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford’s (CVN 78) supply department, prepares dessert in Ford’s aft galley. Ford is currently conducting Aircraft Compatibility Testing to further test its Electromagnetic Aircraft Launch System (EMALS) and Advanced Arresting Gear (AAG).
