Alexandria Reports Super Tuesday Voter Turnout Up Significantly Over 2016

ALEXANDRIA, VA – Alexandria reports that as of noon on March 2, 2020, Super Tuesday voter turnout is up significantly over 2016.

Angela Turner, Elections Manager for the City of Alexandria, says, “At noon, turnout is 20.07% without absentee and 23.24% with absentee. At noon in 2016, turnout for the Democratic Presidential Primary was 15.06%.”

There will be another count at 4 pm.
