PBS and WETA Provide an At Home Survival Guide

Public television is offering Resources for Parents, Health and Hygiene for Kids, Things to do at Home, and Resources for Teachers.

Alexandria, VAPBS and WETA realize it’s not easy for kids and their caretakers with schools closed for the next several weeks. They’ve created lots of stuff to keep you and your kiddos happy, healthy, and safe at home.

It’s also difficult to explain to kids what is going on. They may be happy to be out of school but they are also worried about what might happen to them or their caretakers. PBS and WETA give you the tools to talk to your kids and allay their fears.
