Mother Nature Lends a Helping Hand to Old Town in Phase 1 of Reopening

Alexandria, VA — As Old Town Alexandria restaurant owners cordoned off outside dining spaces and set tables and umbrellas in place to welcome diners back in Phase 1 of Virginia’s reopening plan, Mother Nature decided to cooperate.
