Select Alexandria Museums to Reopen in March

ALEXANDRIA, VA-During the last week of March, select Alexandria museums will reopen to visitors. To make a reservation, visit shop.alexandriava.gov/Events.aspx. In the Event Type menu, select Timed Ticket.

Alexandria History Museum at The Lyceum (Starting March 25)

Thursdays, 11 a.m. – 4 p.m., Fridays, 11 a.m. – 4 p.m., Saturdays, 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Alexandria Archaeology Museum (Starting March 26)

Fridays, 11 a.m. – 4 p.m., Saturdays, 11 a.m. – 5 p.m., Sundays, 1 – 5 p.m.

Gadsby’s Tavern Museum (Starting March 26)

Fridays, 11 a.m. – 4 p.m., Saturdays, 11 a.m. – 5 p.m., Sundays, 1 – 5 p.m. 

Friendship Firehouse Museum (April 17, May 22, and June 19)

11 a.m. – 5 p.m.

City residents can reserve their time for free; otherwise, advance reservation is a discounted flat rate of $5 for your entire group of up to 10 people. Regular per person admission applies for tickets purchased at the door as space permits.
