Alexandria, VA – Not only did Fairfax Fire and Rescue collect backpacks for area children, but they also sponsored a Back to School Haircuts Event in the Gum Springs community in Mount Vernon. Along with free haircuts, they offered playtime with a loving therapy dog and a visit from Mickey Mouse.
