Fun for All Ages: RecFest in Alexandria May 6
ALEXANDRIA, VA – The City of Alexandria is hosting RecFes on Saturday, May 6 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Taking place at Armistead L. Boothe Park (520 Cameron Station Blvd.), attendees of all ages can attend this free event full of family fun.
Activities will highlight the city’s fitness, sports, enrichment, arts, nature, out-of-school time, and summer camp programs. Enjoy demos, meet instructors and staff, and register for programs and camps on-site.
Start the day early with the Fun Run that begins at 8 a.m. All ages and fitness levels are welcome to participate. The cost is $15 to enter. All Fun Run proceeds will benefit health and wellness activities for youth enrolled in RPCA’s Out of School Time Program (OSTP).
