New this year, enjoy Halloween-themed events hosted by tall ship Providence at the newly-opened Senator John Warner Maritime Heritage Center. The Ghost Ship Providence is an adults-only costume party with a DJ, costume contest and more, while the Halloween Howl is for children ages 1 to 13 with story time, crafts and more with legendary Captain John Paul Jones.
