Water Main Break Closes Gadsby’s Tavern Museum Through Feb. 2

ALEXANDRIA, VA-The City of Alexandria announced that a water main break has closed Gadsby’s Tavern Museum (134 N. Royal St.) through Feb. 2. The incident occurred Jan. 23.

The Office of Historic Alexandria encourages people to check social media and the website for updates on re-opening.

Guests scheduled to attend programs or tours at the Museum are being contacted for cancelations or rescheduling when available. The Tavern Games Night program scheduled for January 31 at Gadsby’s Tavern Museum has been moved to the Lloyd House at 220 N Washington Street.
