Alexandria, VA – Fans of Wicked will love Alexandria Children’s Theatre’s (ACT) staging of The Wizard of Oz with its beloved songs and fantastic dances performed by a cast of 34 students from Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia. This heartwarming show, directed by Michael Page, is bright and fun, and a ball for those who’d like to escape their cares and travel over the rainbow to the magical land of Oz.

ACT Founder and Artistic Director Roberta Masters-Cullen said, “Even the Flying Monkeys will get a laugh!” She’s hoping audience members will dress up in their favorite costume from the show to add to the merriment.
