Chinquapin’s Rixse Pool is closed for the rest of today. (Courtesy photo)

Alexandria, VA – Chinquapin Park Recreation Center and Aquatics Facility Rixse Pool is closed for remainder of Friday, June 21.

Due to water contamination, the Rixse Pool will close for the day. The facility will remain open for all non-aquatic activities until 9 p.m.
