Donations Welcome Starting Aug 10

ALEXANDRIA,VA- Have you been promising yourself to get on board with the “decluttering” movement? Are you looking for a way to recycle items that are just too good to throw away? Do you love a good bargain? Do you want to help volunteer organizations that are making a difference in our community?

The answer to all those questions can be found at the Good Shepherd Catholic Church Yard Sale. This popular one-day annual event will be held in the church’s air-conditioned hall from 8 am to 2 pm on Saturday, August 31 as the kick-off to the parish’s International Festival Weekend. Early birds can gain priority access from 8 to 9 am for a $10 fee but admission is free after that.
