Burke & Herbert Bank Hopes to Break 3,000 ‘Coats Collected’ Record

In 2017, Burke & Herbert Bank collected over 3,000 coats in its annual drive and hopes to double that amount this year. You can help by dropping off new or gently used coats at any of their 25 locations throughout Northern Virginia until December 15, 2018.

The collection effort is co-sponsored by NBC4, Bergmann’s Cleaning and the Salvation Army. NBC4 will help spread the news about the need, Bergmann’s will dry clean all the coats for free, and the Salvation Army will distribute to those in need.
