ALEXANDRIA, VA – If you think you have coronavirus symptoms and are wondering where to get tested, the Alexandria Health Department (AHD) released helpful information on the afternoon of July 10. Residents can now look at a map to find testing locations throughout the city.

There are 20 sites that offer testing. To view the map, click HERE.

The map includes a chart to determine cost, if any. Some sites offer tests for free or on a sliding scale. If payment is required, the lowest cost is $50.

Residents who need assistance obtaining a photo ID for the purpose of testing can seek out the services of Project ID. The group’s Virginia chapter can be found HERE.

AHD reminds residents that before getting tested, it is best to consult with your physician.
