A Royal Wedding: When Harry Met Meghan

The Pimms & Poppies Chapter of the Daughters of the British Empire request the pleasure of your company to celebrate and witness the Marriage of His Royal Highness Prince Henry of Wales with Ms. Meghan Markle.

During the viewing, a champagne breakfast will be served. Admission price includes one glass of champagne. Refills are $1.

There will also be a cash bar as well as raffle with items straight from Buckingham Palace and Windsor Castle!

Dress: Tiaras & fascinators are highly encouraged!

Timeline

Guest check-in will be at 6:30 with doors open by 6:45am. The wedding begins promptly at 7am.

Venue is Murphy’s Grand Irish Pub at 713 King Street Alexandria, VA 22314 (Second Floor).

Royal Wedding Charitable Donations

Proceeds from the event will be donated as a wedding gift to the charities selected by Prince Harry and Ms. Meghan Markle.

The charities chosen by Prince Harry and Ms. Meghan Markle include:

• CHIVA (Children’s HIV Association)
• Crisis (The national charity for homeless people)
• Myna Mahila Foundation
• Scotty’s Little Soldiers
• Surfers Against Sewage
• The Wilderness Foundation UK

The Daughters of the British Empire will also provide proceeds to the Victoria Home retirement community.
