For our column this month we want to talk about the heart and soul of our organization: our members!
We have 800+ members located in the City of Alexandria, Alexandria Fairfax County, National Harbor, Arlington, DC, Fairfax. Bottom line is that if you have a business or want to do business in Alexandria than you need to join us.
Our members help us understand the issues we should be advocating for, on their behalf at the local and state levels of government.
In addition to advocating on behalf of business, we also provide members with the opportunity to network and meet other business professionals and community leaders. We had over 4,000 attendees at our events in 2018.
We also provide our members with exposure and visibility in the community. Our email and social media reach is now over 10,000 and growing by the day.
As you can see, we’re all about the connections in person and virtually!
