BootCamp from 10-11 am on the Lawn at John Carlyle Park: Build your strength and fitness with a variety of exercises. All ages and beginners are welcome!
Yoga at 11-12 pm: Learn breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, which is widely practiced for health and relaxation.
Cooking and Nutrition from 12-1pm at our Main John Carlyle Park Stage: Amazing flavor and great for you?? Learn to wellness with taste! Food is sponsored by Whole Foods of Alexandria!
Orange Theory from 1-2 pm on the Lawn at John Carlyle Park: Orange Theory Fitness Method offers group personal training workouts based on high intensity interval training (HIIT) that blend cardiovascular and strength training.
All participants in any Fitness Classes during the Expo will receive a wristband, redeemable for a food ticket at the Carlyle Block Party on June 22nd! Whole Foods will provide all fitness participants with free juice for participating a workout!
