Doyle’s Outpost Set to Reopen October 1

Alexandria, VA – Doyle’s Outpost announced its reopening scheduled for October 1, 2020. With a new General Manager, Adriano Tarantola, and a renewed commitment to COVID-19 safety protocols and physically distanced social entertainment, Doyle’s Outpost offers onsite activities for adults and families, including a featured Laser Tag arena, a variety of interactive technology, a restaurant and full bar, and late-night hours.

Doyle’s Outpost includes an expanded bar and restaurant, offering quick, casual food and alcoholic beverages to supplement their range of entertainment options, including the “Battle For DC” Laser Tag arena, Hologate (a virtual reality adventure), and a premium arcade. Their new COVID-19 protections include mask requirements, limited hours of operation, a reservation requirement, limited occupancy, cashless payments, regular deep cleanings, additional hand sanitizing stations, reduced laser tag arena occupancy, table spacing, and disposable menus with pre-set meal options.

Guests will be able to rent out sections of Doyle’s Outpost for private events. Owner Kevin Fagan is creating new event packages to better serve Alexandria and neighboring communities. Soon, businesses will also have a place onsite to host corporate events, teambuilding activities, and networking.

“After being unfortunately sidelined by COVID-19, we are very excited to be able to safely bring a social experience back to the community,” Fagan says. Other local businesses have voiced their support for the reopening, excited to get a few more people out of the house and engaging in relatively safe activities. They’re looking forward to the grand reopening.

“Ultimately, we’re working to have the space available as quickly as possible. We know many friends, families, and neighbors came to rely on Doyle’s Outpost before we had to shut down, and for that we are extremely grateful. Our goal is to better serve our community by expanding services and providing a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for all future events!”

Over the next month, Fagan invites the community to follow Doyle’s Outpost on Facebook™ and Instagram™ and receive up-to-date details on the reopening.
